PURPOSE: A video image processing system precisely synthesizing a video image of unidentified geographical features is provided to secure reliability of measured data without consumption of a battery in an operation by including a dye-sensitized solar cell module in the system. CONSTITUTION: A base station(100) outputs a GPS(Global Positioning System) correction value using a location value of a satellite(10). A total station(200) calculates a coordinate of a measured point. The total station measures angle and distance of the measured point. The total station includes a DSC(Dye-sensitized Solar Cell) module(260). A image processing center(300) generates a plotting image using the measured angle, distance and the coordinate of the measured point.
