PURPOSE: A touch panel is provided to improve a moire phenomenon generated in an image projection process when a metal electrode of a mesh shape is formed into two layers. CONSTITUTION: A first metal electrode(120) is formed on one side of a transparent substrate. The first metal electrode is comprised by arranging a first unit electrode line which is repetitively parallel. A second metal electrode is formed on another side of the transparent substrate. The second metal electrode is comprised by arranging a second unit electrode line which is repetitively parallel. The second unit electrode line is at right angles to the first unit electrode line. The second unit electrode line is formed with a curve having a plurality of curve units which is formed at predetermined intervals.
