Each row comprises a planting position (21) with at least two olive plants spaced at less than 20cm, with each plant trunk (3) being in the vertical extension axis Y-Y'. During a primary deformation at least one section of the trunk is angled in the direction Z-Z forming an angle greater than 15[deg] with respect to the Y-Y' axis.
