GRAPHENE HYBRID FILM COMPRISING METAL GRID AND METHOD THE SAME

PURPOSE: A graphene complex film including a metal grid and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve the conductivity of the graphene film by reducing the surface resistance of the graphene film using the metal grid. CONSTITUTION: A stiffened layer(120) is applied to one surface of a substrate(110). The stiffened layer is stiffened with heat or a ultraviolet ray. The stiffened layer comprises a thermoplastic resin and a thermosetting material. A graphene layer(130) is formed at the upper part of the stiffened layer. A metal grid layer(140) is formed at the upper part the graphene layer. The metal grid layer has a grid structure.
