PURPOSE: A foaming inhibitor of polyvinylchloride slurry is provided to suppress fish eye generation and production efficiency due to the slurry foam. In the chemical formulas, R1 is an aliphatic or a cyclic hydrocarbon which has a C1-20 alkyl group; R2 is independently an aliphatic or a cyclic hydrocarbon which has a C2-20 alkyl group; a is an integer from 1-30, as the polymerization degree of a structure that R1 and R2 are coupled to silicon(Si); b is an integer from 5-200, as the polymerization degree of a structure that R1 and R1 are coupled to silicon(Si); and R3 is an aliphatic, cyclic, or aromatic hydrocarbon with a C1-20 alkyl group.
