SLOTLESS STATOR OF ELECTRIC MACHINE AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A slotless stator for electrical device and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to easily wind coils by directly winding coils at a cylindrical core in which teeth and slots are removed. CONSTITUTION: A cylindrical laminated type stator core(10) are formed by laminating ring shaped metal pins(11). A fixing jig(20) comprises fixing rings(22,25) arranged at both ends of the stator core and multiple division guides(23,26). The multiple division guides connect the space between two fixing rings of the both ends and being protruded to the inside and outside of the fixing ring. The multiple division guides divide the inner space and the outer space of a core at a regular interval. A coil is directly wound at the stator core in the inner space and the outer space of the stator core divided by the division guide.
