The subject of the invention is a single-dose refill (1) of a food product for preparing a beverage, such as a coffee or the like. It comprises a part shaped as a half-shell (11) and a closure (22) in the form of a sheet, the half-shell (11) having an end flange (111) to which said closure (22) is irreversibly attached, said half-shell (11) and said closure (22) being made of a biodegradable material. Also claimed is a machine (200) for producing a single-dose refill (1) comprising a chassis (201) bearing a carriage (210) provided with a preform cutting punch (213), through which there travels a dishing punch (215) for dishing said preform in order to obtain a part shaped as a half-shell (11), such that the cutting and dishing operations are located at one and the same workstation. |
