摘要 <p>PURPOSE: An organic solar cell of an inverted structure using an oxide semiconductor based on a solution process and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to reduce manufacturing costs and electron conductivity by using an SnO2 thin film as an electron transport layer. CONSTITUTION: A mixture of an organic solvent and a precursor including tin is laminated on a cathode as a thin film. An SnO2 thin film functioning as an electron transport layer is formed by thermally processing the thin film. The precursor material includes tin chloride, tin iodide, tin acetate, tin chloride dihydrate, or tin nitride. The solvent includes DI water, methanol, ethanol, isopropanol, 2-methoxyethanol, or dimethylformamide. The thin film is thermally processed at 300 to 600 degrees centigrade.</p>
