<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an actuator drive circuit with excellent performance that allows maintaining the same output characteristics in the situation when one FET constituting a push-pull circuit turns on and in the situation when the other FET constituting the push-pull circuit turns on and allows driving an actuator without fail. <P>SOLUTION: An actuator drive circuit includes a driver circuit applying voltages to a first piezoelectric body 6a and a second piezoelectric body 6b of each of actuators 2, and a logic circuit connected to an input side of the driver circuit. The driver circuit has eight unit drivers 71. Each unit driver 71 includes a push-pull circuit 86 having an N-type channel FET N1 connected to a high-voltage side and an N-channel FET N2 connected to a low-voltage side. The unit driver 71 also has a boot-strap circuit 80 that controls a voltage inputted to a gate of the FET N1 according to a variation in a voltage outputted from its unit driver 71. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
