<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture many types of developer container with a different capacity while suppressing the number of components to be prepared. <P>SOLUTION: A developer container manufacturing method is capable of manufacturing plural types of developer container having a first frame (lower frame 100, 300) and a second frame (upper frame 200, 400) and different volumetric capacity with regard to a developer storage chamber. The manufacturing method comprises: a first step for preparing plural types of first frame having a common first fixing plane F1 to be fixed with a second frame and having a different volumetric capacity with regard to a portion forming the developer storage chamber; a second step for preparing plural types of second frame having a common second fixing plane F2 to be fixed with the first fixing plane F1 and having a different volumetric capacity with regard to a portion forming the developer storage chamber; a third step for selecting one type from the plural types of first frame and one type from the plural types of second frame; and a fourth step for fixing the selected one type of first frame and the selected one type of second frame. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
