The present invention relates to an apparatus for fixably holding a tube. Provided in the present invention is the apparatus for fixably holding a tube, characterized by comprising: a tubular portion having an interior formed into an empty hollow tubular shape to enable a tube to pass therethrough; and a fixing portion provided with a body which is coupled to the tubular portion and attached to the skin of a patient so as to fix the tubular portion. The apparatus for fixably holding a tube of the present invention may stably fix and hold a Levin tube inserted into the body of the patient so as to thereby prevent contamination of the skin of the patient, thereby preventing secondary infections caused by skin contamination.
