According to the present disclosure, a packaging pouch comprises: a first cover portion; a second cover portion; and coupling portions. The first cover portion has a packaging section and a sealing section enclosing the packaging section, and the second cover portion is coupled to the first cover portion at the sealing section so as to oppose the first cover portion. Further, the coupling portions are arranged so as to be spaced apart on the first cover portion and the second cover portion at the packaging section, and to couple the first cover portion and the second cover portion to each other.
