<p>The present invention relates to a passive auxiliary condensation apparatus for an atomic power plant, and comprises: a steam generation portion for vaporizing water, which is supplied, by heating with heat that is generated when actuating an atomic reactor; a water-cooling type heat exchange portion, which is provided so as to be connected to the steam generation portion, for storing cooling water therein so that steam that is supplied from the steam generation portion is cooled and condensed; and a steam/water separation tank, which is provided so that one side thereof is connected to the water-cooling type heat exchange portion and the other side is connected to the steam generation portion, for separating water and steam and supplying only water to the steam generation portion even when the water and the steam are introduced in a mixed state from the water-cooling type heat exchange portion. As a result, by preventing steam from mixing with water that is reintroduced into a steam generator in a step of passively eliminating core decay heat (or residual heat) when electricity supply is cut off during an accident, the passive auxiliary condensation apparatus for the atomic power plant which can prevent generation of vibration or shock waves can be provided.</p> |
