The invention relates to a manual planetary transmission for a starter transmission of a pulley assembly of a motor vehicle, comprising a sun gear that can be coupled to a pulley to drive accessory devices of the motor vehicle, a ring gear that can be braked by means of a ring gear brake, at least one planetary unit coupling the sun gear to the ring gear and a planetary carrier carrying the at least one planetary unit, the planetary unit having a planetary gear that meshes with the sun gear and the ring gear and a clamping gear for evening out gear play between the planetary gear and the sun gear and/or the ring gear, said clamping gear being mobile relative to the planetary gear and meshing with the sun gear and/or the ring gear. The clamping gear allows any gear play between the planetary gear and the sun gear and/or the ring gear to be eliminated retroactively, thereby allowing transmission chatter caused by rotational non-uniformities of the starting torque which is applied by a drive motor to be avoided and a low-noise emission pulley arrangement to be provided.
