<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light-emitting device which prevents light from a light-emitting element from being absorbed by other members and is excellent in light extraction efficiency. <P>SOLUTION: The light-emitting device of the present invention comprises a substrate having conductor wiring arranged thereon, a light-emitting element mounted on the substrate, a light-reflecting resin which is arranged around the light-emitting element and reflects light from the light-emitting element, and a conductive wire for electrically connecting the conductor wiring and the light-emitting element to each other.
