PURPOSE: A method for providing a meal invitation service by using a smart device is provided to enable a service providing server to transmit meal invitation information inputted by a first user terminal to a second user terminal and to transmit the dinner invitation acceptance of the second user terminal to the first user terminal. CONSTITUTION: A service providing server receives meal invitation information from a first user terminal(S400). The server receives a second user from the first user terminal(S500). The server transmits the meal invitation information to a second user terminal of the second user(S600). The server receives a meal acceptance signal of the second user terminal(S800). The sever transmits the dinner invitation acceptance of the second user terminal to the first user terminal(S900).
