<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To collect information on a degree of dependence on a stick and the use for a stick user, and to determine appropriateness of the use of the stick objectively. <P>SOLUTION: A control part 153 determines whether the user walks using the stick, on the basis of a signal from a pressure sensor 152.
