<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a die set for hot-forging press that can improve the strength and durability of a heat-insulating structural material between a die and a die support table of a hot-forging press used for forging of a processing-resistant metallic material by structural device, and enhance forging workability. <P>SOLUTION: In the die set for hot-forging press includes a die to be heated by a heat source for heating and a die support table for attaching the die with a heat-insulating material in between, the heat-insulating material is a heat-insulating structural material wherein a plurality of materials 11 for heat insulation, a holding frame 12 for holding their outer peripheries, a bottom plate 13 and a retaining plate 14 are made integral, and the interior of the holding frame 12 is provided with a partitioning frame 15 to separately house the plurality of materials 11 for heat insulation.
