The helicopter (100) has two coaxial rotors (13) or transverse rotors or a combination of coaxial and transverse rotors, and a control unit (14) for controlling a position of the rotors and rotor blades and regulating engine power. A gear box device (15) transfers driving force of a motor on the rotors, where the rotors are arranged in an aerodynamic protection device (17). A drive unit (10), the control unit and the gear box device are secured at a fastening device. The control unit is fastened at a control lever (18) that is flexibly connected with the fastening device over joints. The helicopter is made of from a material having small dead weight and high strength such as carbon fibers, light-weight construction steels, aluminum and/or magnesium metal sheets.
