PURPOSE: A vacuum cleaner is provided to clean a room with offering fresh air, and to reduce the noise generated from a motor. CONSTITUTION: A vacuum cleaner comprises a pumping unit(40). The pumping unit provides the pumping force for vacuuming. The pumping unit comprises a vacuum motor(44) and a pumping case. The pumping case is formed into a structure corresponding to the vacuum motor. The pumping case comprises a guide wall(400), a support barrier(404), and a buffering barrier(406). The guide wall guides the air discharged from the vacuum motor. The support barrier supports the vacuum motor. The buffering barrier reduces noise generated when the vacuum motor is operated. |
