PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing device and an image processing program capable of removing noise from an image without spoiling an edge.

SOLUTION: An image processing device 20 comprises: edge enhancement means 21 for performing edge enhancement processing for an original image; noise removal means 22 for performing noise removal processing for the original image; input-output conversion means 23 for converting the image so that an image signal of a low luminance part of a noise-removed image is compressed and an image signal of a high luminance part is expanded; multiplication means 24 for multiplying the converted image and the edge-enhanced image; and addition means 25 for adding the image obtained as a result of the multiplication processing and the image obtained as a result of the noise removal processing.
