<p>System for automatic driving and for warning of areas of reduced speed for vehicles, which involves placing, in the lower area of the vehicle, a system for detecting and capturing signals using reflective signalling elements, strips or bands which are coded and arranged on the paving of the road or are buried in said paving. When the captured signals are transverse or inclined, said signals are applied to a microprocessor or are directly applied to a light or sound warning means. The microprocessor decodes and compares the obtained signals with the speed of the vehicle, calculating and providing acoustic and visual warning signals. Additionally, the system may provide lateral displacement signals with respect to central longitudinal lines, bands or strips - lateral area - captured by the sensors in the lower area of the vehicle, and/or places a video camera or a laser radar in the front upper area of the vehicle in order to automatically guide the vehicle.</p> |
