PURPOSE: A core for vacuum insulating material including a mineral fiber stacked member and the vacuum insulating material with the same are provided to have excellent insulating performance and to prevent damage to a cladding material. CONSTITUTION: A core(100) for vacuum insulating material including a mineral fiber laminating body contained particles. The content of particles of a diameter of 500Mm or greater is 2wt% or less in comparison with the whole weight of a stacked member(10). A mean fiber diameter of a mineral fiber(11) is 2-5Mm.
