<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress a peak value of power consumption by causing read speed or print speed to be low in accordance with an operation state of the apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: A multifunctional machine 100 comprises: a scanner unit 130 for performing read operation; a print unit 120 for performing image formation; a scanner unit state management part 206 for holding an operating state of the scanner unit 130; a print speed changing part 204 for changing the print speed of the print unit 120 to be low when the scanner unit 130 is held in a driving state by the scanner unit state management part 206; and a print unit control part 203 which controls print operation, on the basis of low print speed which is changed by the print speed changing part 204, when the scanner unit 130 is in a driving state. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
