<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve precision of measurement of humidity in an environment of low humidity and high humidity. <P>SOLUTION: When the time needed for an output voltage to reach 0.63 Vcc is shorter than a preset time, an integration circuit is selected which comprises a capacitor having larger capacity than a capacitor constituting a selected integration circuit, out of integration circuits for normal humidity, low humidity, and high humidity. When the time needed for the output voltage to reach 0.63 Vcc is longer than the preset time, the selected integration circuit is determined as an integration circuit for humidity measurement. Humidity is determined using a table allocated to the integration circuit determined for humidity measurement among tables for normal humidity, low humidity, and high humidity, the time needed for the output voltage to reach 0.63 Vcc, and temperature measured by a temperature sensor. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
