<p>The position determination and navigation method involves determining current position of a mobile communication device user, and path to a desired destination by using two navigation points in a building. Navigation chart data of the building are transmitted to a communication device (2) by a background system (4). One of the navigation points (6) transmits the identification data to the communication device, when the energy is supplied from the communication device. A communication connection is initiated by the communication device between itself and the navigation points. Independent claims are included for the following: (1) a system for position determination and navigation inside a building; and (2) a method for creating a navigation chart for positioning and navigation in a building.</p> |
