PURPOSE: A voltage boosting circuit is provided to stably supply various levels of voltage by detecting output voltage and using standard voltage generated in an automatic control method as an input of a charge pump of the boosting circuit. CONSTITUTION: A control part(10) receives power voltage and generates a first voltage(VGHREF) and a second voltage(VGLREF). A charge pump(20) generates positive impulse high voltage(VGH) based on the first voltage. The charge pump generates negative impulse high voltage(VGL) based on the second voltage. The control part comprises a voltage sensing part(11) and a voltage control part(12). The voltage sensing part senses the voltage level of positive impulse high voltage generated at the charge pump and outputs to a first sensing voltage(VSGH) and senses the voltage level of negative impulse high voltage and outputs to a second sensing voltage(VSGL). The voltage control part receives the first sensing voltage and the second sensing voltage outputted at the voltage sensing part and controls the voltage level of the first and second voltage.
