<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a formulation that can improve the solubility in a solution at a low temperature and/or does not accompany incompatibility and maintains a clear solution even under a long-term storage in compounding with fusion, for tformulations for injection that contains sivelestat sodium salt or its hydrate. <P>SOLUTION: The formulation for injection that contains a sivelestat sodium salt, its hydrate and hydrogen carbonate is a formulation having improved solubility in the solution at the low temperature, and further a formulation maintaining the clear solution state without being accompanied with a change in formulation even under preservation over a long period of time when formulated with a transfusion, and which is very easily handled on a medical treatment site. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
