PURPOSE: A structural panel and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to maintain a filling member within the circumference of the filling member charged in an internal space and finish the outer edge of a panel beautifully and smoothly. CONSTITUTION: A structural panel includes an upper member(10), a lower member, and multiple finishing members(1,2,3,4) supporting and connecting the space between the circumference end parts of an upper member and a lower member. At least one filling material of filling materials(F) including a general wood or a plywood, a MDF, and a honeycomb is selected and fills the internal space in the internal space between the upper member and the lower member formed by the finishing member. Glue is spread respectively on the upper and lower side of the finishing member arranged in each direction of the upper member and the lower member. The upper member and the lower member are compressed together and molded into one body. |
