PURPOSE: A touch panel having good durability and a display device comprising the same are provided to simplify the production process thereof and reduce the fabrication cost by removing an additional lamination or surface-treatment process for enhancing the durability thereof. CONSTITUTION: An upper conductive film(20) is formed on one surface of an upper substrate(10), and a lower substrate(40) faces the upper substrate and is distanced from the upper substance at a certain interval. A lower conductive film(30) is formed at one side of the lower substrate to face the upper conductive film. An adhesive layer(50) is placed at a lower portion of the lower substrate. |
