PURPOSE: A transparent conductive flexible substrate and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to maintain excellent electrical conductivity and optical transparency even in case of deformation with a high radius of curvature due to an electrode having a nano branch structure without mechanical destruction. CONSTITUTION: A transparent conductive flexible substrate includes a support substrate(100) having optical transparency and flexible material and an electrode(200) including a plurality of nano branch structures preventing mechanical destruction due to deformation of a radius of curvature.
