PURPOSE: A four-way sampling valve for a bypass line and a real-time sampling device including the same are provided to inject inactive gas for cleaning and to extract chemical substances on a real time basis by removing a plurality of control valves. CONSTITUTION: A four-way sampling valve(100) comprises a body(110), a bypass hole(120), a branch hole(130), an extraction hole(140), a gas injection hole(150) and a branch hole opening/closing unit(160). The body is made of a metal material and is installed in a sampling bypass line. The bypass hole penetrates the body and provides a fluid passage which is aligned with the sampling bypass line in order to circulate the chemical substances which is flowed through the sampling bypass line. The branch hole is formed in the body. One side of the branch hole is connected with the bypass hole and the other side is connected with the extraction hole. The extraction hole flows in the chemical substances by connecting with the branch hole; flow in inactive gas for cleaning through the gas injection hole; and is connected to the outside of the body. The gas injection hole provides a gas fluid passage for injecting the inactive gas into the extraction hole and is connected to the outside of the body. The opening and closing unit of the branch hole opens and closes the branch hole by crossing the extraction hole.
