<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the brake operation state of a traveling brake device and the output state of HST from being simultaneously generated, in a traveling speed operation device provided with a shift operation mechanism, a cruise operation mechanism, and a brake operation mechanism. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The travel speed operation device is provided with: a brake interlocking arm interlocked with a brake operation member; and a shift interlocking arm interlocked with a shift operation member, and a shift interlocking cam part and a brake interlocking cam part are provided on the shift interlocking arm. A shift interlocking cam surface including a pair of inclination parts engaged with the shift interlocking cam part is provided on the shift operation member interlocked with the shift operation member. Further, when the brake operation member is positioned in a brake operation position, the brake interlocking cam part is engaged with the brake interlocking arm, and thereby, a neutral groove for retaining the shift interlocking arm to a neutral position is provided.
