PURPOSE: A cold bending device of shape steels for manufacturing a steel door frame of a ship is provided to bend thick and large shape steels while maintaining the original properties of the steels without distortion or rupture. CONSTITUTION: A cold bending device of shape steels for manufacturing a steel door frame of a ship comprises a fixed surface plate(10), a bending process part(20), a driving part, and a control box. The bending process part comprises a fixed shaft(21), a cylindrical rotating jig(23), a fixed pressing jig(24), a rotary pressing jig(25), and a shape steel stabilizing block(26). The fixed surface plate is installed in one end of the top of the fixed shaft. The rotating jig is rotatably installed on the top of the fixed shaft, and a processing frame is formed on the exterior of the rotating jig to accommodate an angle(A). The fixed pressing jig is installed in one end of the top of the fixed surface plate at the right angle to one side of the rotating jig to support the angle. The rotary pressing jig is installed under the fixed shaft in parallel to the fixed pressing jig at the right angle to one side of the rotating jig. The rotary pressing jig is installed on the fixed shaft to be rotated in the opposite direction to the fixed pressing jig along the processing frame of the rotating jig. Accordingly, the angle is pressed to the processing frame and bent into an arc shape. The shape stabilizing block is rotated along an external circle of the rotating jig in order to integrally move with the rotary pressing jig when the angle is bent into the arc shape, thereby uniformly extending the bent part of the angle. |
