PURPOSE: A method of making soy sauce marinated crabs is provided to make maturing and distributing process more convenient and prevent a package from being torn by the legs of the crabs. CONSTITUTION: A method of making soy sauce marinated crabs comprises; a step to prepare crabs, a step to individually pack the prepared crabs, a step to mature the packed crabs, a step to put the individually packed crabs into an individual box, a step to put the individual box to a packing bag, a step to pour soy sauce into the packing bag, and a step to remove air out of the packing bag and seal the packing bag. Each packing bag has several gaps so that the soy sauce can penetrate.
