PURPOSE: An apparatus for lining a part of a hydraulic pump with copper alloy is provided to reduce the area heated by a high-frequency heating element by automatically heating an accurate position of a copper alloy welded portion for a predetermined time. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for lining a part of a hydraulic pump with copper alloy comprises a first processed produce arranging unit(100) which arranges a number of first processed products(1) in a predetermined position, a gantry robot(200) which transports the arranged first processed products on the upper center of a rotating plate(401) of a work table and second processed products(2), obtained by pouring copper alloy melt to the first processed products, on a pallet(3), and a high-frequency heating element(300) which moves up and down according to the height of the first processed products and heats the top surface of the first processed products using induced current generated from a high-frequency induction coil. |
