PURPOSE: A target management system, an apparatus thereof, and a method thereof are provided to unite target information stored by communications network and target information stored by a detection sensor. CONSTITUTION: A target management system comprises a first target acquisition unit(20), a third target acquisition unit(60), and a target management unit(100). The first target acquisition unit receives a first target information from a detection sensor. The third target acquisition unit receives a third target information from communications network. The target management unit fuses the first target information and a second past target information and compares and fuses the fused second target information and the third information. The target management unit performs one or more processes among correlating, combining, pairing, and directional cross bearing. |
