PURPOSE: An airtight screen shutter device is provided to seal a protection area from four directions by descending a screen cloth. CONSTITUTION: An airtight screen shutter device comprises: a rotary drum(100) which is delivered with power of a drive motor, and is rotationally arranged; a fixing ring(200) which is formed with a wire penetration hole; an elevation ring(300) which is formed with a wire insertion fixing hole; a airtight screen cloth(500) which is formed along the outer periphery; an elevation wire(400) in which the lower end is fixed to the elevation ring, and the upper end is reeled on the rotary drum; and a foldable wire(600) in which the lower end is fixed to the elevation ring, and the upper end is reeled on the rotary drum.
