PURPOSE: A smart terminal capable of adaptively operating conditions for a terminal according to a user by user identification is provided to automatically set conditions customized for a user. CONSTITUTION: A first interface unit receives personal feature information from a personal identification information obtaining device(100). An individual identifying unit(130) extracts a feature value for individual identification from the personal feature information. The individual identifying unit reads the personal feature information from a first data storage unit(110). A personal condition control unit(140) reads terminal condition information from the first data storage unit. A central control unit(150) controls software and hardware of a smart terminal according to the terminal condition information.
