PURPOSE: An electric power generator using tidal current is provided to keep the inside of a closure casing dry by preventing the inflow of sea water through the connection part of a sealing device of a blade rotary shaft. CONSTITUTION: An electric power generator using tidal current comprises a closure casing(1), an air pressure control device, a generating device, a blade(4), a sealing device, a cable(80), and a fixed supporter. The closure casing is assembled in order to have the water-tightness. The air pressure control device is composed in order to adjust the inside pressure of the closure casing. The generating device is installed inside the closure casing. The blade is installed in order to be rotated by tide. The sealing device is located on the rotary shaft of the blade, passing through the closure casing, and prevents leakage. The cable is installed in order to transmit the generated electricity to proper places. The fixed supporter is installed in order to fix the location of the closure casing. |
