PURPOSE: A stepless speed changing wire drive apparatus is provided to generate power for operating a driving wheel, and to transfer the power to the driving wheel in a stepless speed changing ratio. CONSTITUTION: A stepless speed changing wire drive apparatus includes a body, a driving lever(3), a driving pulley(5), a driving wire(7), a driving wheel(9), a one-way clutch(11), and a return spring(13). The driving lever and the driving pulley are rotatably installed on the body. The driving wire connects the driving lever and the driving pulley to transfer rotating movement force of the driving lever to the driving pulley. The driving wheel is rotatably installed by forming the concentric axis with the driving pulley. The one-way clutch is installed in between the driving pulley and the driving wheel. The return spring is installed in between the driving pulley and the body for returning the driving pulley to the original position.
