PURPOSE: A smart standby power cut-off multi-receptacle is provided to reduce a unit cost of a product by detecting a current of an input power in a CT(Current Transformer) mode. CONSTITUTION: A standby power cut-off unit(240) selectively supplies AC power to a power supply unit(220) according to a comparison result between the current of AC power detected in a current detection unit(230) and a stored standby current threshold. An overload prevention unit(250) outputs a control signal for preventing overload according to the comparison result between the detected current and the stored overload threshold. A communication unit(260) controls operation of a receptacle(200) in connection with the application of a smart phone through a wireless communication module.
