<p>PURPOSE: A sealing device of a low vacuum cooker is provided to maintain low vacuum for long time by a support rod which is opened and closed by a hinge lever. CONSTITUTION: A sealing device of a low vacuum cooker comprises a rubber packing(40) and a sealing member(50). The rubber packing is coupled with the outer surface of a lid(20) of a cooker body(10) and seals the upper flange(12) of the main body. The sealing member has a support rod(60) which can be opened and closed by a hinge lever(52). After cooking, low vacuum is maintained. The low vacuum is released by the rotation of the hinge lever.</p> |
