PURPOSE: An illuminating apparatus using LED and a method thereof are provided to shorten working time by combining a LED populated board in the way of screwing. CONSTITUTION: A heat sink(10) comprises the multiple heat radiation pins of uneven shape on the outside surface. A main body is combined with the inside of the heat sink. The first base board(20) loads multiple LEDs which illuminate light to the upper side. A lid member(30) is penetrated by light emitted from the multiple LEDs to the outside. The second base board(41) loads a converter which applies DC power to a LED module. |
