PURPOSE: A biometric information collecting device and a method thereof are provided to exclude a wide angle camera for detecting the location of user eyes by arranging an iris recognition camera and a display unit. CONSTITUTION: Lighting parts(123a, 123b) lights an infrared ray. Cameras(122a, 122b) are arranged in the rear side of the display unit. An image processor(121) recognizes an image through an iris. The display unit includes a transparent opening unit for photographing an image of the eye. |
