PURPOSE: A thermal resistant insulating film is provided to improve thermal resistance, abrasion resistance, and dimensional stability by removing the directionality of strength, thereby maintaining electric insulation and improving battery safety and battery lifetime. CONSTITUTION: A thermal resistant insulating film(40) comprises a thermosetting layer which is sealed to a battery case and is formed of an olefin-based polymer synthetic resin material with a melting point of 140°C; and an adhesive layer, which provides good sealability and dimensional stability, has a thickness of 0.3-0.8 mm, and is formed of a material with excellent adhesion to an olefin-based polymer, ionomer resin, or a metal of a carboxylated resin.
