A method for neuro-fuzzy control of data transfer rate by source nodes in telecommunication network consists in that at each stroke at the source node waiting time for receipt is measured, receipt waiting time moving average is calculated. The values of receipt waiting time moving averages calculated at preceding and current stroke along with value of delay between sending of segments by source node at preceding stroke are sent as input values to neuro-fuzzy system wherein by means of fuzzy inference procedures (fuzzification, aggregation, normalization, activation and defuzzification) search of current stroke value of delay between sending of segments at source node is determined. Choosing of value of delay between sending of segments by source node is performed on the basis of neuro-fuzzy system. |
