PURPOSE: A dummy tube circuit for a fluorescent lamp and the fluorescent lamp including the same are provided to prevent a power loss of a stabilizer by removing one fluorescent lamp from the stabilizer and mounting a dummy tube instead of the fluorescent lamp. CONSTITUTION: A resistor, an inductor, and a capacitor are partially or entirely connected in series and parallel. Each terminal of a dummy tube circuit is partially or entirely connected to a fluorescent lamp. Each terminal of the dummy tube circuit is partially or entirely connected to the stabilizer. The dummy tube circuit is serially connected to the capacitor and the resistor.
