SYSTEM FOR KEEPING TRACK OF GAS LEAKAGE IN THE PROCESS OF CHLORINE GAS PROPORTIONING

摘要

A system for keeping track of gas leakage in the process of chlorine gas proportioning comprises injector of chlorination units used for chlorine gas proportioning and formation of chlorine water, and a gas-analyzer or chlorine sensor is mounted in chorine batching plant. The chlorination units are wall-mounted with automatic regulation of chloration dose by continuous measuring chlorine mass concentration change in air by means of gas-analyzer and with electrochemical sensors. The gas-analyzer is wall-mounted, and semiconductor automatic chlorine sensor is provided with remote transducer with block of sensitive elements for delivery of alarm signal when chlorine concentration in air of batching plant operating space is above normal.
