PURPOSE: A pen is provided to use a ballpoint for a long time by controlling ink of the ballpoint without controlling lead. CONSTITUTION: A pen which does not dry out is comprised of an ink control device(110) which spouts out ink by opening the ink control device when using a ballpoint and does not spout out the ink by closing the ink control device when not using the ink control device. A liquid weight(120) is put at the very top of the ink in order to completely seal the ink of the ballpoint pen which does not dry out. The ink of the ballpoint pen which does not dry out is controlled directly without controlling the core of the ballpoint. |
